By accessing or using Get Not Green's business messaging platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Service Description
Get Not Green provides a business messaging pilot that enables you to send and receive iMessage* messages. SMS fallback is not part of the service. The pilot includes:
- Phone number provisioning and management
- Message routing and delivery
- API access and webhooks
- Message history and analytics
* iMessage and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Get Not Green is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Account Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or fraudulent messages
- Violate any telecommunications regulations or carrier policies
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
- Access our service through unauthorized means
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the site are the pilot prices. This draft does not describe a billing system, stored card details, or automatic charges. Those points wait for counsel.
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Temporarily suspend service for urgent maintenance or security updates
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Intellectual Property
The Get Not Green platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Not Green shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may ask us to end the service. There is no self-serve account page yet.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- We may terminate service with 30 days' notice for any reason
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, and we will provide access to export your data for a reasonable period.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Get Not Green is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
